Amy Cheswick
Executive Director, Customer and Transformation
Amy Cheswick is Director of Customer & Transformation. She joined mhs early in 2023 and has worked in housing for nearly 30 years.
Amy leads on housing and people management, customer experience and business improvement, overseeing the delivery of our ambitious new strategy to provide exceptional customer services. She’s passionate about building a customer centric culture where truly representative insight and feedback drive strategic and operational decisions.
Amy is our Consumer Standards lead, and the senior member of staff responsible for complaints (as required by the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023).
Amy believes that by listening and acting on customers’ views, we can deliver services that really matter and make a difference to people and communities. She is committed to local partnerships, particularly in relation to reducing and preventing homelessness.
Amy is a member of Kent Housing Group’s Executive Board. She has served as a Board member and was the former Chair of the Chartered Institute of Housing South East Board. Amy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a member of the National Housing Federation’s National Homelessness steering group.
