Renting one of our market rent homes means you have the security of renting through a large independent landlord. We own all our homes and they're ideal for long term rentals.

We're a charitable housing provider that manages more than 10,000 homes across Medway and Kent. Over 350 of these homes are available for market rent.

Those applying for a market rent property will need to pass affordability checks. Landlord and employment checks may also be carried out.

  • New door locks are fitted before you move in to your new home
