What we’re looking for
As a leading housing charity, we’re driven every day by our commitment to improving the lives of more than 26,000 customers.
Our mission is to help end the housing crisis, but our work goes far beyond that. We champion equality, protect the environment, celebrate diversity, challenge abuse, and support those who need it the most.
Our impact reaches across Medway, Maidstone, Gravesham, Dartford, and Tonbridge & Malling – positively affecting the wider communities we serve.
We’re looking for an active charity partner working in these areas to join forces with us. Together, we can raise funds, increase awareness, and tackle the issues that matter most to the people we serve.
Who can apply?
To be eligible, your charity must:
- Be fully registered with the Charity Commission
- Serve the communities of Medway and/or surrounding areas
- Align with our values and ambition
- Be able and willing to work in partnership to host fundraising events, and attend where needed
- Nominate a main contact to liaise with our team and help promote the partnership
- Act with integrity and professionalism to protect our reputation

Applications for 2026 are now closed. They'll reopen in January 2027.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept applications from individuals who don’t work for the charity. However, please feel free to spread the word and let them know we're open for submissions!

What happens next
Once applications close, these are the next steps:
- Shortlisting: We’ll review all applications and create a shortlist.
- Community vote: Our shortlist will be put to colleagues and customers who will vote for their preferred option.
- Winner announcement: We’ll reveal the chosen charity in March.
- Fundraising kick-off: From 1 April, we’ll begin a year of fundraising activities and awareness campaigns together.
Our previous charity partners
They're a small, local Kent-based charity, set up to help and support children that have witnessed or been affected by domestic abuse. They work with local agencies to support families through the trauma of domestic abuse.
This is a charity which supports people living in poverty by providing food, clothing and signposting to additional local community services.
They're a birth trauma and baby bereavement care charity based in Kent. Making Miracles offers families tailored support, services and tools to deal with their trauma and grief.
