Your customer newsletter is delivered three times a year, in spring, summer and winter, and is packed full of helpful news and information.
Highlights include some of the work that we do in the community, how we're working to meet your needs and provide an even better service, as well as signposting and advice. There is also a FREE giveaway each issue!
To reduce paper use and support our sustainability goals, we’ve moved to an opt-in system. This means we now only send printed copies of our newsletter to customers who request them in this format. If you would like to continue receiving a printed copy of the newsletter, change your delivery preference, or opt out, please see the Change your newsletter preferences section below.
We’re committed to producing your newsletter in a way that looks after the environment. We use recycled, carbon-balanced paper which is 100% recyclable.
