Andrew has been an mhs homes tenant for 22 years and has been living in Medway for 30 years after moving from Standerton, South Africa.

Previously was a military contractor and in his spare time is an avid gamer and administrator to a military group.

I grew up in Southern Africa, Zambia, Namibia and South Africa. I served in The South African military as part of my national service requirements. My interests are reading military history and computers.

My reason for joining the Customer Scrutiny Panel was to understand and see how the choices that were being made influenced customer experience.

My goals are to understand and influence the methods that mhs homes operate to make it a better institution and improve services for mhs homes customers.
