I’m Annette Beer and I've lived in Medway for 41 years. I've been an mhs customer for almost 10 years, I joined the Panel in 2022 to help contribute to the voice of mhs customers. 

I have found it very rewarding to see the positive impact the Panel makes on the organisation, and how we have had a positive influence on the way services can be improved.
