Assistant Director of Development and Sales

Ashton has more than 17 years’ experience in the housing development sector. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise and is dedicated to driving growth and innovation. Ashton joined mhs homes in 2020 and has responsibility for the leadership of the development and sales teams. He played an active role in securing our Building A Safer Future Charter status and continues to take this work forward.

Prior to joining mhs homes, Ashton worked at Optivo as a New Business Manager and Senior Project Manager, focusing on commercial development and new initiatives. Ashton has also held development and procurement roles at Amicus Horizon.  

Ashton holds a HNC Quantity Surveying in Construction Management from Greenwich University.

Outside of work, Ashton enjoys golf and running.
