Ian’s career extends to some 30 years in corporate and commercial organisations focusing on providing essential services to customers and communities.  Ian brings a wealth of leadership and board experience, having led businesses through significant change with a focus on people, customers, technology and value.

Growing up in council housing in Brighton Ian fully appreciates both the necessity and opportunity of social housing.  

Ian is currently serving as the CEO of SES Water, working with a team committed to deliver world class quality water all day every day, whilst playing a key role in the community.
