Louise has worked at mhs homes since September 2020.

Louise is responsible for managing our Governance Team which supports our boards and committees.

Leadership Team, ensures regulatory compliance as a company, charity and regulated body and includes our data protection and legal functions. She is the subject matter expert on housing governance and risk management, and enables the business to have efficient and proportionate controls in place to manage risk.

She has worked in the charity sector for over 21 years including in the housing sector since 2015. She has been a company secretary and responsible for governance since 2005. She started her career in Brussels as a parliamentary advisor in the European Parliament. 

Prior to working at mhs, Louise was co-CEO at a Medway based charity providing supported accommodation to those experiencing homelessness.

She is passionate about ending the housing crisis and always up for a charity challenge, having slept out, climbed Welsh mountains and cycled through Kent to raise funds for our chosen charities since arriving at mhs.
