Lucy Osborn

Assistant Director of Housing Services

Lucy has worked at mhs since 2024. She is responsible for the Customer Services, Housing Services, Supported living and Homeownership teams.

Lucy has a bachelor’s degree in business management and is Chartered Institute of Housing level 5 qualified. She worked for two other housing associations in the south east before joining mhs.

Lucy has over a decade’s worth of experience leading fast paced customer facing teams and enjoys coaching and motivating individuals to be the best they can be. She is passionate about service improvement, especially when it improves customer’s lives for the better.
