Work on this new development will start in May 2020.
We’ll provide a mixture of one, two, three and four bed homes for affordable rent, private rent, and shared ownership.

The development is next to the railway station on the outskirts of the historic market village. It’s a semi-rural location within walking distance of village shops and amenities.
The development is due to be completed in mid-2022.
We’ll be working with property developer, Thakeham who’re renowned for exceptional quality.

This development will form part of Maidstone Council’s plans to bring 5,000 new homes to the area to help meet the housing crisis.
