More than 40 customers took part in our first ‘open space’ event on Saturday 18 November.
It was about identifying the issues that are important to our customers, and asking what they'd like to see us do in the future.
Communication was a strong theme on the day with lots of people feeling this was an area for improvement.
Other discussions focused on repairs, handling of complaints, noisy neighbours, customer involvement and keeping pets
The information gathered at this event will help to shape mhs homes' new strategic plan for 2024-27.
The leadership team will be contacting everyone who attended on the day to let them know what’s happening as a result of their feedback.
