A message from our Estates Service Delivery Manager, Carrie-Leigh Hodges:

Due to the recent wet weather, it’s taking longer than we anticipated to complete the first round of grass cutting.

We’re sorry if we haven’t got to you yet – please be assured we are on our way.

Our estates teams are prioritising grass cutting and we'll do our best to get out to everyone in the next four weeks. 

We're also reviewing our annual grounds maintenance schedules to look at where we might be able to work differently to make sure our services stay on track.
