Wiggett Group awarded electrical works contract

We are delighted to announce that, following a competitive tender process, the Wiggett Group will be taking on much of mhs homes’ electrical works programme.

Customers will see minimal changes to their service. Wiggett Group will contact customers if works are required to their homes.

In addition to the Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) programme, Wiggett Group will be carrying out general electrical repairs including:

• Rewires
• Communal lighting repairs
• Street lighting repairs
• Lightning protection surveys
• Solar photovoltaic systems (PV)
• Communal Electric Vehicle Charging (EV)
• Mutual Exchange EICR’s
• General Electrical Repairs
• Lateral Main Upgrades
