Applying to live in one of our shared ownership homes
If you fall in love with one of our homes and want to live in it, then you'll need to fill in our application form. This is so we can grab your details and make sure you're registered and eligible for shared ownership. On the form we'll need:
- Details of who's applying (you can have up to two applicants)
- Occupants (who else will be living in the home)
- Your income and employment
- Your current housing situation
- Your housing requirements

Location
You'll be situated right next to the River Medway in Gillingham where your eyes will be treated by the river views. There's lots of walks and nature nearby to explore. If you have little ones you can easily pop to the Strand, or Riverside Country Park, where there's an assortment of play parks to help them burn off a bit of energy.
You won't find getting around difficult either. There's great road links, bus routes, and Gillingham Railway Station is literally up the road. Doing your weekly food shop will be a breeze as there's a variety of supermarkets close by. If it's coffee shops, clothes, or restaurants you're after then you needn't worry as there's shopping centres, retail estates, and outlet shopping all within half an hour of where you'll be living.
