Our standards for landlord services
We want you to be able to manage and track your tenancy in a way that's easiest for you. We have lots of ways to do this, but, if you ever do find yourself struggling you can reach out to our team who'll find the best way to support you. You don't need to do it alone, we help hundreds of people every year.
We will:
- Give you support and advice on claiming benefits and maintaining your tenancy and direct you to where you can get extra help and advice
- Offer a range of ways for you to pay rent and charges, with flexible payment options if you fall behind
- Send you an annual schedule for your new rent and service charges
- Give you access to manage your tenancy online via the My Account portal
- Aim to make a positive contribution to your neighbourhood
- Undertake regular drop-in sessions and aiming to carry out two area walkabouts per year in each community
- Visit you through our Home Plan reviews to check you're okay and offer support if you need it
To help us provide the best service, we ask you to:
- Contact us as soon as possible if you are struggling with money or need help to manage your tenancy
