Our service standards for supported living

Our supported living schemes offer an amazing opportunity for you to live independently in a community, but with additional support when you need it. Our supported living standards help to sustain independent living and make them a great place to live.

We will:

• Undertake a risk assessment to understand your needs and update it every six months or if your circumstances change
• Offer a range of ways to listen to your ideas and feedback to improve the service, including the supported living forum
• Support you to remain living independently
• Help you to maximise your income by offering advice on claiming benefits
• Where possible hold weekly coffee mornings at your scheme for you to raise issues or feedback on the service you receive
• Help you access other services and social activities

• Tell us about changes in your health or income so we can help and advise you
