Repairs and Asset Management Panel (RAMP)
Keen to learn more about how we look after your Heart of Medway and mhs homes? Want to gain an insight into how repairs and property management areas work? Are you interested in helping shape these key services? Well then, the new Repairs and Asset Management Panel (RAMP) group may be just the fit for you.
The RAMP group, which has only recently been set up, is designed to act as a forum where customers can get a better understanding of the work we do. We’re looking at how we can further collaborate with customers to make improvements in service delivery, agree priorities, and review performance and messaging. The group will be looking for more customers to get involved as the structure develops.
