End your social rent tenancy form

Please complete this form if you would like to end your tenancy and you're an affordable or social rent customer.

You must give us four weeks notice to end your tenancy. Your termination period will start from the date this form is received, unless we agree with you otherwise. For example, we may have to wait for documentation from you. All keys/fobs are to be returned to mhs homes, Broadside, Leviathan Way, Chatham, Kent ME4 4LL, no later than 9.00am on the date of termination.

If you return your keys in the post, we highly recommend you do so via recorded signed for delivery and retain proof of postage.
