If you are interested in this property, please register your interest here so that we can check whether you’re eligible for Shared Ownership.
On the form we'll need:
- Details of who's applying (you can have up to two applicants)
- Occupants (who else will be living in the home)
- Your income and employment
- Your current housing situation
- Your housing requirements
You may be eligible for a Shared Ownership property if:
- You have a gross household income of no more than £80,000 per annum.
- You are unable to purchase a suitable home to meet your housing needs on the open market.
- You do not already own a home or you will have sold your current home before you purchase or rent
