- Your next of kin (with consent or power of attorney).

For sheltered living, we store information electronically in secure systems (Dynamics and One), accessible only to authorised staff.
International Safeguards
We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA unless appropriate safeguards are in place. Our suppliers must seek permission before transferring data, and we take action if they fail to comply.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Your Rights as a Data Subject
