We want you to be able to live independently and safely in your home. However, we know that sometimes additional support is needed to manage your tenancy or deal with housing related issues.
Support we can offer
Our Customer Team are on hand to offer a range of support, including:
- Help on what do if you can't pay your rent or charges
- Exploring what benefits you may be able to get
- Debt and budgeting advice
- Anti-Social Behaviour support and reporting
- Advice and guidance for victims of domestic abuse and how to report it
- Installing aids and adaptations
- Hoarding, where too many items stop you using your home, cause you stress, or are a safety issue
- Support with energy bills and fuel poverty

Support from our partners
When you need support with something that's not directly housing related we can put you in touch with the right people. We work together with lots of community organisations, charities and local councils that can help you.
Our partners can support you with:
- Safeguarding concerns - protecting children and adults from harm
- Early help support for families and children such as behaviour, school, your work, family finances, health, crime, bullying, domestic abuse, family relationships
- Drug and alcohol misuse
- Health and mental health services
- Employment support including help finding work, training, education and work schemes
- Support to feed you and your family, this could be through a food bank referral
