Her goal is make sure we're following building safety best practice and that we put customer safety at the heart of everything we do.

Right to a safe and decent home: You have the right to live in a property that is safe, well-maintained, and free from hazards. Click here for information on the Decent Homes Standard.
Right to repairs: You can request repairs, and they must be carried out in a timely manner. The Repairs Service Standards provide further details. We must ensure the property is in good repair and address any issues promptly.
Health and safety regulations: We must comply with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and sanitation. For further information please tabs below on gas servicing, asbestos, fire and water hygiene.
Right to privacy: You should be given reasonable notice before any non-emergency inspections or entries into your home.
We’re committed to ensuring that your home remains safe and fit for human habitation in line with legal requirements, including the Homes (Fitness for Habitation) Act 2018.
This means we’ll regularly check and repair your home to make sure it is free from serious hazards that could affect your health and safety. If you notice any risks in your home please report these to us, we take these seriously and will act swiftly to resolve them.
