Volunteer as an Estate Champion
Estate Champions are customers who work with us to help make our estates and local communities a safer, cleaner and more attractive place to live. Working closely with our Estates Services and Customer Services Team, you’ll build community partnerships and be a voice for our customers, letting us know what we’re doing right and how we can improve our estates.

We’re inviting customers to join our Customer Experience Group. It gives you the opportunity to get involved in shaping, influencing and improving the services we provide to you, our customer. We've launched this informal group to make sure we’re understanding our customers’ needs and keeping them at the heart of all we do.

Join our Customer Scrutiny Panel
Our Customer Scrutiny Panel independently check our standards of service, through feedback, scrutiny, and partnership working. They meet regularly for meetings, workshops and reviews that help to improve services and challenge us to do better. Being a member of the Panel gives you an active stake in how the business is run, so that you become more than just a recipient of services. It allows you to work in partnership with us to achieve better performance and outcomes.

Become a Tenant Board Member
Our Board Members help us to make decisions on how we're run, what we do, and make sure we meet our legal duties. You'd be a part of this and provide insight from a customer perspective. Once a year we look for two tenants to join our mhs homes group Board, and every three years for our Heart of Medway Board.
