As part of our commitment to openness and transparency, we publish summaries of our Board and Committee meetings below. These summaries are made available once they have been formally approved by the relevant Board or Committee.

Publishing Notes

Our published summaries follow an approach similar to that used by government departments and the Regulator of Social Housing for public board and committee records. This means that we:

• Focus on key discussions, decisions, actions and assurances.

• Remove confidential employment, legal, audit and commercially sensitive information.

• Do not identify individual employees below Executive Team level.

• Summarise challenge, scrutiny and debate rather than providing a verbatim record of discussions.

• Highlight significant approvals, decisions and recommendations.

• Exclude information that could prejudice ongoing negotiations, transactions or other commercially sensitive activities.

• Produce a concise and accessible public record for residents and other stakeholders.

Their purpose is to provide an accessible overview of the matters considered and decisions taken by our Board and Committees while protecting confidential and sensitive information where appropriate.
