Sometimes our homes are in need of updating and we have a programme of work that helps us identify what needs updating and when. We want you to be involved when we improve your home and our standards let you know what to expect when we do the work.
We will:
- Arrange a detailed survey of your home to establish what work is required
- Give you a detailed guide to show you what will happen before, during and after the works including timescales
- Discuss the layout of a new kitchen with you and help you choose your preferred colour and fitting options
- Protect your floor finishes, furniture, and property from damage during the works
- Leave the property clean and tidy and ensure you have running water and cooking facilities
- Carry out inspections during the works
- Check whether you are happy with the work to your home and use your feedback to improve our service
- Publish details of the improvements we plan to carry out to homes on our website
- Help you manage in your home by carrying out minor aids and adaptations to your home if you need them due to medical needs
