Cookies that provide additional functionality
We use Livechat to provide a customer support chat service.
Livechat
When a visitor enters a website with LiveChat added to it they automatically save and store the following cookies on your device:

These cookies do not store any personal information that would allow someone to identify you, like your name, IP address, geolocation etc.
Other functional information used by Livechat includes:
- statistics information that allows us to determine how many times the you browsed through a page
- how many greetings you've seen
- your name, provided either by the pre-chat form feature or via an API
These details are stored in the LocalStorage of your device. Keeping the information in the LocalStorage allows Livechat to make sure that, as opposed to cookies, they cannot be accessed by domains which origin is different than the domain of software that saved it initially (in our case, livechatinc.com). As a result, 3rd party trackers will not be able to access and target the data stored by us.

Hotjar
We use Hotjar to understand how you use our website through Hotjar services such as heatmaps, page usage recordings and feedback polls and surveys. The Hotjar privacy policy explains more about how data is collected and kept safe.
Through the Hotjar tracking code embedded on our website, the information collected includes device-specific data and log data.

- your device's IP address (collected and stored in an anonymised format)
