If you’re on a low income, you may be able to live in one of our homes for social rent.
To do this, you need to be registered with Kent Homechoice.
Kent Homechoice is a partnership between local authorities and housing associations that provide affordable and social housing in Kent. They keep a register of people prioritised based on their housing need. We use this register to prioritise our residents.
If you earn more, you can rent other homes from us. Our private market rent homes usually have higher rents.
